Yes. When scheduling interviews, the system detects the candidate's timezone and displays times in their local timezone. You see times in your timezone. No manual conversion needed. Supports all global timezones including DST changes.

Absolutely. Our AI voice interviews support English (US, UK, Australian accents), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Hindi. You can create different interview templates per language. Transcripts are provided in the interview language.

You can add custom fields to track work permit status, visa type, and right-to-work documents. We integrate with identity verification providers (Onfido, Jumio) for document verification. However, legal compliance is your responsibility—we just provide the tools.
